Our Culinary Arts program offers hands-on training in a state-of-the-art lab located at the Saint Paul College campus. Our working kitchen will allow you to develop your skills for a career working within the culinary industry.

Our program covers the foundations of culinary arts, including pastry, butchery, charcuterie, and food service. You’ll learn about the nutritional aspects of healthy cooking. You’ll also learn about food safety and sanitation.

Looking for a career in hospitality? We’ll cover restaurant operations and supervisory management within our culinary arts program. Here you’ll get real-world training by working with our student-run restaurant the City View Grille. Learn about the business side of culinary arts such as cost control and forecasting.
